Our competitor analysis features provide market intelligence based on publicly available data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of competitor data. Pricing and availability information may change without notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE FILLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Filler, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Filler operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
